Dr. Chhabra's doctoral research at Caltech focused on using Aerodyne's
High-Resolution Time-of-Flight Aerosol Mass Spectrometer to study the chemical composition of secondary organic aerosol (SOA) formed in smog chambers. Currently, he is developing new mass spectrometer instrumentation to study organic aerosol in both field and laboratory environments.
