Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Atmospheric Measurement
VOCs (volatile organic compounds) are organic gases or vapors that are emitted from both man-made and natural sources. VOCs can be harmful to human health and to the environment. They also can be used to study natural chemical and biological processes. In order to quantify their effects, precise measurements are required.
The new VOCUS-PTR instrument delivers ultra-low limits of detection with the highest available PTR-MS mass resolving power in a field-proven API-TOF platform.
Additionally, the unique VOCUS-PTR source design enables sensitive and quantitative detection of oxygenated VOCs (OVOCs) along with standard VOCs.
